The Immaculate Sin By Joseph Ejiro

For his fifth womenswear collection, Joseph Ejiro looks to two powerful biblical women whose narratives are often glazed over for inspiration.

According to the creative director, Mr. Ejiro, the collection was an ode to Mary the mother of Jesus and Mary Magdalene the sex worker, “often times when stories of these two women are told, it always revolves around chastity and used as a tool to police women and the expression of their sexuality”

The aesthetics is made up of dark colors, Avant Garde structures, embellishments and sexy feminine looks. It plays on sexuality and sensuality.

The couture collection brings expert handmade tailoring to create architectural looks and are crafted with a selection of dark and bright colors.
